To provide food to persons in need, we pick up and deliver rescued food items every day of the week. Our sources are large supermarkets like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, bFresh and Wegman's as well as a number of small stores, bakeries like Clear Flour, When Pigs Fly, Swiss Bakers, Breadsong, Blackers, Cheryl Ann's and Elm St Bakery, as well as pastry shops like Tous Le Jour, Japonnaise, and over a dozen Starbucks. We supply distribution programs in public housing as well as elderly and disabled housing complexes, with a different location for each day of the week. We do this with a staff of volunteers both for the pick up and the distribution of rescued food.
