Welcome to The Friendship Ambulance Auxiliary Foundation Our mission to better the health of Friendship residents We are a charitable nonprofit 501c3 organization Origins. Formed during World War II as the Women39s Auxiliary we obtained formal IRS nonprofit status in 2005 as the Friendship Ambulance Auxiliary Foundation or FAAF. Funded entirely by private taxdeductible donations we are engaged in many projects designed to improve the overall health of Friendship residents. These projects include funding the town39s yearly free vaccination and health clinic providing medical alert buttons for seniors who are unable to afford them sponsoring EMT and CPR training and funding emergency ambulance transports for needful patients.
