Wat Chin Man Memorial Foundation We care about those students who are improving Chinese Version ATTENTION THIS FOUNDATION WILL CLOSE DOWN BY THE END OF 2020 In the twelve years of my educational career and when my daughter was attending high school I had one observation. Average or under average students who had been improving were seldom given sufficient attention. By the end of an academic year awards and prizes were routinely given to top students. Under average students who had also worked hard and shown promising improvement could only sit in the audience and clap their hands.
