We care for children orphaned by AIDS from cradle to college - and give them a lifetime of hope Agape means "unconditional love". Our mission is to love and care for the poorest of the poor who are suffering as a result of the HIV/AIDS crisis. These are children whose parents have died from AIDS and are homeless due to stigma, ignorance, and intolerance. Agape operates orphanages and a school for children impacted by / living with AIDS in Hyderabad, India. More than 240 children call Agape "home", and half are HIV+. The children live in our own homes. They receive complete medical and dental care, as well as three nutritious meals every day. Education is a primary focus. Agape's school provides a kindergarten through high school education with classes in English. Our goal is to equip each child with what they need to live productive, independent lives when they leave Agape.
