NAICA's mission is to build and maintain affordable housing, to provide housing mediation and legal representation to area residents to help them become active and contributing citizens, and to provide educational-cultural programs aimed at bringing together the myriad of cultures that make up the Bronx while empowering them to become self-sufficient and improving the quality of life for individuals and families in the Bronx.
