Penns Valley Conservation Association (PVCA) serves as a steward for the natural and cultural communities in the Upper Penns Creek watershed. We seek to preserve and honor the agricultural roots of Penns Valley by protecting and conserving its waters, farmlands, forests and rural heritage. Environmental Education Our mission is to enhance environmental education throughout the Upper Penns Creek Watershed in the mosaic of healthy and functioning ecosystems, through place-based, experiential, and service learning opportunities. Watershed Conservation Our mission is to pursue and organize conservation projects, activities, and education to promote the health of the Upper Penns Creek Watershed, and to build relationships with landowners and partner organizations to accomplish these goals.
