The Arc of Jefferson and Clearfield Counties is a non-profit organization formed in 1966 to serve those living in and around Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. In January 2012 we proudly expanded our service area to include Clearfield County. We believe all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/D) have strengths, abilities, and value. It is our goal to provide activities and supports to people with Intellectual Disabilites and to offer camps and programs to provide an educational, fun and safe environment for our special needs population.
