The Muskegon Astronomical Society seeks to promote interest in and enjoyment of amateur astronomy among club members, the general public, and the school children of Muskegon, Michigan. Founded in 1972, the Muskegon Astronomical Society is run completely by volunteers who have a passion for astronomy. Funding comes from annual membership dues and donations.
