THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO EDUCATE THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF MILFORD AND NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED TO THE RESIDENTS OF COUNTRYSIDE HEALTH CARE OF MILFORD; TO PROMOTE THE EXPANSION OF THE PHYSICAL PLANT AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF COUNTRYSIDE HEALTH CARE OF MILFORD; TO RAISE AND EXPEND FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE PHYSICAL PLANT AND SURROUNDING GROUNDS AND TO EXPAND CURRENT PROGRAMS AND DEVELOP NEW PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTRYSIDE HEALTH CARE OF MILFORD.

We Care Countryside Health Care of Milford is a nonprofit municipal skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Although Countryside has evolved several times each time changing its name to better reflect its present mission it has reliably provided care to the greater Milford elders since 1825. Countryside Health Care of Milford offers a continuum of care that can address all of your longterm care and shortterm rehabilitation needs. Our Motto We Care is the foundation of the Countryside Health Care of Milford Mission.
