Alameda Family Services works with Alameda Unified School District AUSD to ensure students have the support and access to services they need to thrive. SchoolBased Services The Early Childhood and Family Support Division offers services through Head Start Early Head Start and our Family Support Resource Center. Early Childhood Family Support The Alameda Community Assessment Response and Engagement CARE Team is a mental health crisis response program that provides highly trained Alameda Fire Department AFD paramedics to respond to nonviolent mental health crises in the City of Alameda. Crisis Services The Alameda Family Services Clinic Community Behavioral Health Care division provides counseling services to families children adults couples and groups.
