Northmont District Education Association Home Welcome to the official web site for the Northmont District Education Association. We are affiliated with the Western Ohio Education Association WOEA Ohio Education Association OEA and the National Education Association NEA. The purpose of this web site is to provide useful information to our membership so that we may communicate news of interest share ideas throughout the district and strengthen our sense of unity. Our Mission The NDEA is the sole and exclusive representative for teachers in matters pertaining to wages hours terms and conditions of employment and the continuation modification or deletion of an existing provision of a collective bargaining agreement.
