Wheelchair Dancers Organization (WDO) believes that dance can be experienced by all. We are dedicated to broadening opportunities and creating an inclusive environment for all abilities, ages and backgrounds. Our aim is to benefit and empower the body, mind and spirit through the art of dance. The vision is to utilize dance as a vehicle to broaden opportunities and resolve issues of exclusion facing children and adults with physical challenges. Wheelchair dancing with a standing dance partner helps to mitigate the isolation that many disabled individuals experience each day of their lives.
