The mission of the Lynnewood Parent-Teacher Organization is to provide enhanced educational opportunities for all students through funding and organizing enrichment activities including but not limited to the arts, science, and literacy. Through fundraising efforts and sponsorship of family and school activities, our organization intends to enrich the overall educational and cultural experience for students, families, and educators. We aim to promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community; to bring into closer relation the home and the school, in that parents and teachers may cooperate in the training of the child; and to foster an atmosphere of goodwill and cooperation within the school and currounding community.
