1. Provide mentorship to individuals and organizations that show significant potential to develop bicycle culture projects. 2. Increase the number and diversity of voices discussing bicycling through traditional media, social media, curated art shows and live events. 3. Act as a connector for developing culture based cycling projects, organizations and individuals. 4. Identify gaps between existing advocacy work that can be bridged by cultural projects. 5. Advocate for industry support and funding.
