Board and Committees Board and Committees In 2006 a group of pastelists at the Dunedin Fine Art Center DFAC Dunedin Florida came together to form the Pastel Society of Tampa Bay. Through instructor Brooke Allison the group had shared the love of pastel for many years and a pastel society was a natural outgrowth.
