KeystoneCare guides terminally ill adults through a dignified end-of-life experience, relieving physical and mental stress. Its compassionate care cannot cheat death or prolong life. It prolongs living. Keystone Hospice was originally established in 1995 to support AIDS patients. At the time, there was no facility in Pennsylvania willing to care for AIDS patients. Established in 1997, Keystone House was Pennsylvania’s first residential hospice and utilized as the State of Pennsylvania’s model for providing for providing holistic care in a home like environment.
