Spay and Neuter Intermountain Pets and Pet Placement (SNIPPP) is an all-volunteer operated no-kill animal welfare organization whose mission is to address and remedy the issues related to companion animal overpopulation through funding a spay/neuter program, community education, and the rescue and placement of at-risk animals.SNIPPP serves the Intermountain area of northeastern California, which consists of portions of Shasta, Lassen, and Modoc counties.
