Volunteer News There is currently no new volunteer news GRO We are a group of civil minded United States citizens organizing to develop a relief nonprofit organization exclusively for charitable religious educational and scientific purposes under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. We believe that people are responsible for their development. Therefore it is crucial that they take the lead in shaping their own destiny. We feel that educating people to build up themselves to support themselves is important in selfpreservation.
