The Bridge Foundation is a non profit organization servicing the Del Paso Heights area Sacramento and Northern California. The Foundation its volunteers and board of directors are finding ways to reach out to those who are challenged and give them a new chance. The Bridge Foundation is focused in three outreach programs the womens program the mens program and Destiny Ranch. Similar in nature and scope the mens program and womens program reach out to the homeless of Del Paso Heights and Northern California to offer resources direction and life skills.
