Welcome to Top Mountain Adaptive Sports Foundation Our organization has been providing adaptive sports programs for people with disabilities since 2007. Our rapidly growing program provides year round education and training of sports to any veteran child or adult with disabilities in Pennsylvania Maryland DC West Virginia Virginia and beyond. We create a fun atmosphere and experiences which build confidence and self esteem for all participants.
