IT SEEKS TO DO THIS BY SPONSORING A FESTIVAL OF ROMANIAN AND AMERICAN MUSIC AND ART. THIS FESTIVAL CONSISTS OF A NUMBER OF EVENTS, (LECTURES, CONCERTS, MASTER CLASSES), WHICH TAKE PLACE IN BOTH THE US AND ROMANIA.
