The Caring Connection is a 501(c) 3, not-for-profit organization that provides direct delivery of basic human services, as well as referral to, and coordination with, other programs and agencies. Our organization administers a human resource system that ensures effective, timely, impartial, and non-judgmental emergency services to individuals who may not be receiving services from traditional or existing human service organizations.Our primary service focus is low-income residents of Washington County, Ohio, but we do have programs that can help any Ohio resident who is low-income.
