Shiloh Rescue Ranchon the Prairie The Rescue The Lucky Horse Co Shop More Shiloh is an older and special needs horse sanctuary. We are a 501c3 non profit charity. Shiloh Rescue Ranch is located just outside of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota in Newell. Shiloh was originally founded in Las Vegas Nevada in 2003 by Jill and her late husband Tony.
