Serving Syracuse Utica Auburn Oswego and surrounding communities CNY Psychologists Get connected. CNYPA provides support and information to local professional psychologists about changes and challenges to clinical practice in a rapidly shifting health care environment. Our email listserv is our primary means of communication and we regularly post information and discuss topics such as telepsychology licensing requirements across state lines and current legislation affecting our profession. Together we work to keep providers up to date on current guidelines for practice.
