We help people access fresh, affordable food. The mission of the Community Nutrition Partnership (CNP) is to increase access to healthy, local, and organic foods in low-income communities with the overall goal of improving diet and decreasing the rate of chronic disease  We address both individual and community-level access issues, including: 1.)knowledge and skills to find, choose and prepare healthy food; 2.) cost of healthy food; and 3.)availability of healthy food.
