To provide educational opportunities about Japanese culture to all residents of the San Fernando Valley. 3. To provide informational and referral services to Japanese-American residents of the San Fernando Valley. 4. To provide assistance to low income senior citizens and children in the SanFernando Valley without regard to race, creed, or national origin.
