Home Thank You For All The Support. Austin Pathways is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that promotes the education and general welfare of lowincome Austinites in subsidized housing programs. We serve families from the 18housing communities owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Austin HACA and those who participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Section 8 program. About half of Austins public housing residents and HCV participants are lowincome children who participate in our Youth Educational Success program.
