The Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry: Serving IBEW Local Union No. 3 Members and Their Employers Since 1943

The Plan has as its principal activities the collection and investment of funds received from electrical and independent employers for the purpose of providing medical and other benefits under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between Local Union No. 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL- CIO ("Local 3") and electrical and independent employers ("Employers").
