The Hero Fund was established as a 501c3 nonprofit organization to assist in providing funds to support retired Plano Police canines after their dedicated service to the police department. Your taxdeductible donation helps to ensure outstanding care to our canine partners when they transition to civilian life. The fund is supported by generous individuals and businesses throughout Texas and across the country. About Us While on active duty status the City of Plano provides for the health care of our working canine partners.
