The purpose of this organization is charitable, educational, civic, literary and cultural. MCTI’s seeks to foster, encourage and develop public appreciation of all theatre, and in particular American theatre. MCTI provides the means, equipment and facilities to afford persons an opportunity to acquire knowledge in the science of stagecraft and practical experience in theatre production.
