Musgrave-Pennington Neighborhood Association is a well established neighborhood association. Our neighborhood is located in NW OKC and consists of over 1200 residences. The association is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the charitable purpose of improving and beautifying the neighborhood, educating members in the prevention of residential crime and vandalism, and improving neighborhood and community relationships and promote a better community through group action.
