Les Dames d039Escoffier Chicago Honoring Women of Culinary Achievement Who We Are Les Dames dEscoffier is powerful group of women leaders in food beverage and hospitality supporting the community and the next generation of female leaders in the industry thru philanthropy. The Chicago chapter was founded in 1982. For more than 40 years members have worked to raise funds for culinary scholarships and community programs focused on food beverage and hospitality. Members are among the most accomplished women in their fields ranging from chefs and restaurateurs to journalists and communications professionals authors wine beer and spirits retailers and distributors food service professionals culinary instructors and more.
