Our staff provides medical, dental and behavioral health services to patients that may not otherwise be able to afford the health care services they need. We provide quality, affordable and accessible primary health care services to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. We work with patients on a sliding scale to provide services that are more affordable to them. We provide quality, culturally sensitive & accessible primary health care and dental services focusing on the medically underserved, underinsured and uninsured residing in northern Hamilton County and the surrounding areas.
