OUR VISION IS TO IMPROVE THE OUTCOMES OF CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM IN VIRGINIA BY PROVIDING OLDER YOUTH WITH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, IDENTIFY AND HONE THEIR CREATIVE TALENTS AND ABILITIES, AND BE MENTORED BY CARING ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
