THE CENTER ASSISTS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN FINDING AND MAKING EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES THAT WILL BE HELPFUL TO THEM IN DEVELOPING THEIR ABILITIES AND IN LIVING PURPOSEFUL LIVES. THE GOAL IS TO CREATE A CLIMATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND ENABLE THEM TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THEIR ABILITY AND DESIRE.
