Instrumental Music Parents Association Your Custom Text Here Instrumental Music Parents Association The Instrumental Music Parents Association IMPA was founded to support Boulder High School music education. Who We Are All parentsguardians of a musician are members of the Instrumental Music Parents Association IMPA. IMPA provides volunteer assistance and 8590 of the nonsalary budget to the instrumental music program which includes 4 orchestras 3 jazz bands Wind Ensemble Concert Band Pep Band and Drum Line. Annual Participation Dues IMPA asks for Annual Participation Dues in the amount of 200 per student consistent with the BHS Athletic Fee.
