Future Leaders of Tomorrow – Believe Beyond Your Circumstances
FLOTs mission is to inspire black boys to dream beyond their immediate circumstances and nurture their growth as leaders who are self-aware, taking responsibility for themselves and positively impacting their communities. We accomplish this by:
Cultivating leadership skills through hands-on activities, group projects and discussions; and
Providing opportunities for youth to practice problem-solving, build resilience, and experience joy; and
Fostering community engagement and compassion through mentorship and civic participation.
