We are "diverse in culture, united in Christ, serving in love." Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through love in action. Our vision is that all would "Come, Grow, Go and Serve!" Founded in 1950, Calvary is a caring, accepting, open-minded church with a heart for meeting the needs of the less fortunate, both in our community and around the world. We were a "doing" church from the beginning (our early members constructed the first building with bricks hauled from the railhead). Today, we are a 200-member congregation known in our local community for our ministry to the homeless, refugees, and other vulnerable populations.
