We are excited to share that our President & CEO, Richard Harker, has been named one of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2025 40 Under 40 rising business leaders! 🌟🎉 Originally from Croydon, England, Richard’s passion for history led him to Atlanta’s oldest public park, where he has worked for nearly eight years. Under his leadership, Oakland completed a $15 million capital campaign to restore 18 acres of the cemetery and improve guest experience and accessibility by opening the new Visitor Center. If you’ve met Richard, you know how passionate he is about sharing Oakland’s history and using it as a force for good. When asked in his interview where he’d take an out-of-towner for the perfect Atlanta day, he answered “Oakland Cemetery.” Good answer! 😉 Join us in congratulating Richard on this achievement! (fb)
