Abilities Movement- non-profit that promotes adapted fitness & sports for people of all abilities! Abilities Movement (f/n/a Adapted Recreation Services) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes community integration for people with special needs through support services, fitness, recreation and social opportunities. AM focuses on individual needs and provides a detailed analysis of recreational programming (center based, community based, and new, developing opportunities). AM' collaborative approach engages individuals and their families to develop a comprehensive plan that promotes education, opportunities, and awareness, AM will provide inclusion services that will help locate, develop, and promote community based programs to create successful opportunities and experiences. AM provides program development, integration services, education/ training services, and consultation.
