Jesus said, ‘do not permit yourselves to be fearful.’ That means you can take control of what goes on in your mind. How? By doing two things: By filling it with God’s Word. Not just the Word you read casually but the Word you process mentally, apply to each circumstance, and stand on in times of crisis. By placing each situation into God’s hands and leaving it there with confidence. ”Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. This Week’s Mental Health Minute This week has been a hard week for myself and for many others as well. We seen first hand how the devil and all his cohorts are trying so hard to put us down, and silence those who believe in Jesus Christ. We will not be silent, as St. Peter said “ We must obey God rather than man.” He said this after getting strick orders not to preach about Jesus Christ. Where do you stand in this world are you for Christ or against because there is no neutral ground here. Love one another as Christ loves us, be the example in your community and your neighbourhood . Love your enemies, be the bigger person, be Christ like. For what good is it that you love those who love you , doesn’t the world do the same? but love those who persecute you and hate you. Be Christ like. God will bless you and your entire family for doing so. (fb)
