Our Mission VIP Services is a horticultural culinary and recreational community that brings new growth opportunities to adults with a variety of abilities. VIP Services Expands Programs Through Seeds of Hope Acquisition Elkhorn WI VIP Services a leading provider of disability services in Walworth County is thrilled to announce the expansion of its programs through the acquisition of the Seeds of Hopes day program and horticulture operations.
