Built of by for and with the communities we serve PYB provides a safe nurturing environment for young people to build the skillsets and mindsets they need to succeed on the court and in their education careers and lives. 1200 Young People Served Yearly 70 Partnerships Throughout Philadelphia 350 Volunteers Staff 9 Years ofProgramming OUR APPROACH Philadelphia Youth Basketball uniquely intertwines youth development community and economic empowerment and workforce development all with a racial equity lens.
