The Heart of HART House HART House is gearing up to offer transitional housing to teens aging out of foster care. Teens will start in our Group home graduate to their own space in our tiny home community and finally move to independent living in the community. DONATE NOW Support A Teen Aging Out HART House provides wrap around services to support the at risk foster youth population. As teens age out of foster care they face unique challenges and uncertainties on their journey 0 GOAL 5000 RAISED 25 DONATE NOW Tiny Home Community We will be using the lot where the original Group Home stood and building out our Tiny Home Community.
