Over the years, Dave has worn many hats — from Media Director for more than a decade, to President, and most recently as Chairman of the Board. But to most of us, Dave is best known as the man in the middle of the mats — camera in hand, capturing the heart and soul of Minnesota wrestling one photo at a time. His passion for wrestling is undeniable. From youth tournaments to high school championships, college duals to senior-level events — even covering the 2012 London Olympics — Dave has been there, representing Minnesota with pride. Beyond his leadership, Dave has been an incredible ambassador for our sport. Whether attending Gopher Wrestling Matches, rolling up to events in his red Corvette (GOT GR), or relaxing by a fire in his RV, Dave brings passion and energy wherever he goes. He’s also a former wrestling coach, a skilled photographer, enjoys the world of technology, and — fun fact — once a talented high school swimmer and water skier who could cut up a lake like no other! Dave, your impact on wrestling in Minnesota has been profound. Your time, talent, and passion has helped elevate the sport and the people in it.
