At our club meeting on Thursday, 9/25, our guest speaker was Bryan Pettengill, Superintendent of Schools for the Morgan County R-II school district. His leadership with the district is trying to foster Student Achievement through Collective Efficacy-Every student, every educator meeting the needs for education at all levels of learning.
