On Monday, March 31st, our VCCS TPUSA Chapter had the incredible honor of hosting Dr. Ben Carson, a world-renowned neurosurgeon, author, and former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. The event was a powerful and inspiring experience. This event brought together students and faculty to listen to a meaningful speech on leadership, perseverance, and the values that shape a strong society. Dr. Carson shared his journey, from overcoming adversity in his early years, to becoming a pioneer in the medical field and a respected voice in public service. He emphasized the importance of education, critical thinking, and faith, encouraging students to pursue excellence and stand firm in their Christian beliefs. During the Question and Answer session, his words resonated deeply, leaving a lasting impact on everyone in attendance.
