The 988 Lifeline provides 247 free and confidential support for people in distress prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones and best practices for professionals in the United States. ACI Crisis Line CommCARE provides the Missouri Department of Mental Health DMH ACI crisis line offering 247 confidential help to residents in the Northwest region of Missouri.
