Now, HUD is signaling a reversal—preparing to issue a new FY2025 NOFO with virtually no notice. While it has not yet been released, this signals a breach of trust and undermines the integrity of last year’s process. We must act now—together. Here's What You Can Do: 1) Reach Out to Congress – Fast. Use this online tool to contact your Senators and Representatives. We need them to pressure THUD leadership to uphold last year’s 2‑year commitment: For Missouri: Senator Josh Hawley (R‑MO) Senator Eric Schmitt (R‑MO) Representative Emanuel Cleaver (D‑MO‑05) For Kansas: Senator Jerry Moran (R‑KS) Senator Roger Marshall (R‑KS) Representative [Your District’s Member] (e.g., Sharice Davids, R‑KS‑03; Jake LaTurner, R‑KS‑02) Ask them to urge HUD to honor the promised two‑year NOFO cycle.
