E827 responded 4th due yesterday afternoon to the 9500-block of Croom Rd for multiple callers reporting the house on fire. Initial companies encountered fire throughout and extinguished the same. E827 established RIT on Side A, supported the water supply dump site and assisted with overhaul. Co. 27 operated for approximately 2.5 hours before returning to service. Rescue Squad 827 operated as the Search Company on Box 26-14 this afternoon. The Box Alarm was sounded at 1538 for multiple callers reporting a house on fire on Amber Hill Ct. Engine 826 arrived on scene with fire showing from an end of the group 2 story townhouse. The Squad completed primary and secondary searches throughout the fire building and an exposure before returning to service. (fb)
